PNVtakes special pride in developing socially relevant media activities. To educate and spread awareness about ‘Global Warming’ and other environmental issues, PNV is initiating the ‘Green Fest’09’ an environmental festival spread across a span of 4 days 28th October to 31st October’ 2009.
‘Green Fest’09’ will have varied elements, spread across different programmes, to attract and inform people from all the age groups and all segments of the society. It will have competitions, games, entertainment, quizzing, exhibitions and lots more, with the main theme revolving environmental awareness.
The event will involve all stakeholders who have a role to play in keeping our environment clean and green e.g. State and Central Government Departments, Corporate Houses, PSU’s, Small and Medium Business Houses, NGO’s and the general public. We will dedicate the event to the next generation, which will include school and college students. Every body will have a platform to showcase their concern for the cause through compatible mediums.
Green fest 09 will showcase a variety of events which will bring in awareness about environmental issues. A mega exhibition will give a platform to government, private and social organizations to exhibit services, infrastructure, products and concepts which have been supportive for a clean and green environment. A lot of interesting contests, activities and entertainment shows will be done to draw young participants and their guardians.
